The free mockup and our offer
Information on the Site about our Smart Website, pricing, the free homepage mockup, and any onboarding bonus is provided for general information and may change. Requesting a mockup or booking a call does not create a binding service agreement. Any engagement is governed by a separate agreement, and pricing and terms are confirmed before you're charged.
Submissions and communications
When you submit information through our forms or scheduling tools, you confirm it's accurate and you authorize us to contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, and the ONeal Technology name and logo — are owned by ONeal Technology LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view the Site; you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without permission.
